Character

an individual represented in a narrative text. Characters may be round or flat, as well as dynamic or static. Important characters include the protagonist and antagonist. Characters also have different motivations.

  1. round characters are the well-developed characters that you know more detail about them
    flat characters are usually minor characters. You don't know a lot about them.
    static characters are those who doesn't undergo substantial change.
    dynamic characters are changed maybe through an events or incident.
    protagonist is the main character or central figure.
    antagonist is the opponent

  2. One example of a dynamic character is Bilbo Baggins in the book "The Hobbit." Bilbo Baggins can be described as a dynamic character is because he changes throughout he story. At first, he is cowardly, conserved and doesnt like to go out much, but after the story/adventure he had, he was more outgoing and up for more.

  3. Voldemort is the famous antagonist in Harry Potter series. He was eager to defeat Harry Potter to prove that he was more powerful.

  4. Antagonist is the character, group of characters, or institution that interfered with the protagonist from what he or she was doing. A typical example for antagonist and protagonist is Snow White and her stepmother.
